How to manage billing and subscription

The Billing page shows your current plan, upcoming invoice, payment method, and invoice history. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription from here.

Steps

    Open Billing

    Click "Billing" in the left sidebar. The page shows your current plan name, renewal date, and monthly/annual cost.

    Upgrade or change plan

    Click "Change Plan" to see all available plans side by side. Click the plan you want and confirm. Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge for the remaining days in the billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period.

    Update payment method

    Click "Update Payment Method" to open the secure payment form. Enter your new card details and save. The new card is used for the next renewal.

    View invoice history

    The "Invoices" section lists all past charges with date, amount, and status. Click "Download" on any row to get a PDF invoice.

    Cancel subscription

    Click "Cancel Subscription" and confirm. Your account remains active until the end of the current billing period. Data is retained for 30 days after the period ends, after which it is permanently deleted.

Watch out

  • Cancelling does not give a refund for the current period. See the Refund Policy for the conditions under which a refund can be requested.

Tips

  • Annual plans are significantly cheaper than monthly. If you're committing to the platform, switch to annual from the plan comparison screen.
  • Invoices are also emailed to your account email address after every successful charge.
