Disclaimer

Last updated: May 28, 2026

This Disclaimer governs your use of DeployFly and supplements our Terms of Service. By using the platform, you acknowledge and accept the limitations described below.

1. General Disclaimer

DeployFly is a software management tool. It is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any representations, warranties, or guarantees of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

We make no guarantee that the platform will meet your specific requirements, operate without interruption, be free from errors, or that defects will be corrected in a timely manner. Your use of DeployFly is entirely at your own risk.

2. No Warranty of Service Fitness

DeployFly is designed to work with commonly configured VPS servers running supported Linux distributions (Ubuntu 20.04, 22.04, and 24.04 LTS). We do not guarantee compatibility with:

  • Custom or modified operating system installations
  • Servers with non-standard configurations or pre-installed conflicting software
  • Operating systems not officially listed as supported
  • Containerised or shared hosting environments (DeployFly requires a dedicated VPS with root access)
  • Servers with extreme resource constraints that may cause command timeouts

It is your responsibility to test DeployFly in a staging environment before using it on production servers.

3. Server Content and Operations

DeployFly acts as an interface to your own servers. We execute commands on your behalf, but we are not responsible for:

  • The content, legality, or suitability of anything hosted on your servers
  • Data loss resulting from actions you initiate through the panel (e.g., deleting a database)
  • Application errors, misconfigurations, or security vulnerabilities in software you install
  • The performance, reliability, or uptime of your VPS provider or their infrastructure
  • Compliance with laws applicable to the content or services you operate on your servers

You are solely responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of your server data and applications. DeployFly's backup features, where available, are provided as a convenience — not as a substitute for your own comprehensive backup strategy.

4. Third-Party Providers and Services

DeployFly integrates with various third-party services including GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, PayPal, Stripe, Let's Encrypt, and your VPS hosting providers. We are not responsible for:

  • Downtime, outages, or service disruptions caused by third-party providers
  • Changes to third-party APIs that may temporarily affect DeployFly features
  • The security, privacy practices, or terms of service of third-party providers
  • SSL certificate issuance failures caused by DNS misconfiguration or Let's Encrypt rate limits
  • Payment processing failures caused by your bank, payment processor, or network issues

5. Accuracy of Information

The information, documentation, guides, and tutorials provided by DeployFly are intended to be helpful and accurate at the time of writing. However:

  • Software versions, commands, and configuration syntax change over time
  • Documentation may not reflect the latest versions of third-party software
  • Server monitoring data is collected by polling and may have brief delays or inaccuracies
  • Resource usage statistics are indicative and may differ slightly from values reported directly on the server

Always verify critical configuration and commands against the official documentation of the relevant software before applying them to production servers.

6. No Professional Advice

Nothing provided by DeployFly — including documentation, support responses, AI-assisted diagnosis, or community content — constitutes professional legal, financial, security, or technical advice. For mission-critical infrastructure, compliance requirements, or security-sensitive deployments, you should consult a qualified professional.

The AI-assisted server diagnosis feature provides automated analysis based on log patterns and resource data. It is intended as a starting point for investigation only and should not be treated as a definitive diagnosis or a recommended course of action without human review.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DeployFly and its owners, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Data loss or corruption on your servers
  • Server downtime or performance degradation
  • Security breaches on your servers or applications
  • Loss of business, revenue, or profits
  • Actions taken or not taken based on information or tools provided by DeployFly

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain liabilities. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

8. Changes to This Disclaimer

We reserve the right to update this Disclaimer at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice in the platform. Continued use of DeployFly after the updated Disclaimer takes effect constitutes your acceptance.
